Job Summary

Project Manager
 looking to take your career to the next level? Join our dynamic team at Intelligent Entertainment and play a pivotal role in bringing 
world-class entertainment projects
 to life. As a Project Manager, you will oversee projects from concept to installation, coordinating creative, technical, and production teams, and ensuring that every project is delivered 
on time, on budget, and on brand
. You will be the key link between our in-house departments, contractors, and clients – making sure every attraction meets our standards of quality, efficiency, and wow-factor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate internal teams (design, engineering, production) and external contractors.
  • Ensure clear communication with clients, maintaining transparency and building strong relationships.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions.
  • Oversee on-site installations, leading construction crews and ensuring adherence to specifications.
  • Ensure projects comply with industry best practices and company standards.
  • Support the roll-out of scalable systems and processes for international expansion.
  • Participate in the game scenario & gameflow process.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in entertainment, construction, or leisure attractions, or a relevant job position.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering on time and within budget.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong familiarity with constructional and technological systems.
  • Good understanding of the pop and gaming culture will be considered.
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field will be considered.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Flexibility to travel internationally and lead on-site teams.
  • Ability to transport and work at our HQ in Diavata, Thessaloniki.
