Role Overview

As a
Project Manager
, you will lead the end-to-end management of complex, high-impact technology projects — from planning to successful delivery. You will serve as the primary interface between internal teams (R&D, Engineering, DevOps), clients, and strategic technology partners, ensuring that all project goals are achieved on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full project lifecycle for AI, ESG, SAP, and ICT projects (including EU-funded R&D)
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Monitor timelines, budgets, KPIs, and deliverables with precision
  • Interface with stakeholders (technical teams, vendors, clients, public bodies)
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Support in technical proposal writing, RFP submissions, and compliance documentation

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experienc
    e
    in in Project Management within technology or software sectors
  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and modern PM tools (e.g., JIRA, , MS Project)
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) – additional languages will be considered an asset
  • Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) will be considered a plus
  • Experience with SAP, cloud computing, AI/ML, or ESG-driven projects will be considered a plus
  • Involvement in EU-funded or public sector IT projects (e.g., Horizon Europe, Recovery Fund) will be considered a plus
