STIRIXIS Group is looking for Project Architects to join our globally awarded team
in Athens
The professionals we are looking for for the position of the Project Architect should cover the criteria below.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the project team and execute design projects for company's clients (concept design, predesign, design development, alignment with other disciplines)
  • Present deliverables to clients and communicate with them during the project life and beyond
  • Execute or review Bill of Quantities and budgets up to the design development phase
  • Collaborate with other teams (strategic consultants, graphic designers, 3d designers etc) on projects to align and manage the design phase of the project
  • Collaborate with the company's construction managers to ensure successful execution of the project
  • Supervise as authors the project execution
  • Support the Account or Project Manager to adhere to project limitations (deadlines/costs etc)

Requirements:

  • University degree / Masters Degree in Architectural Design
  • At least 10+ years of experience in a similar position and in building projects
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English in both writing and speaking is a prerequisite
  • Excellent knowledge of Autocad, Revit, MS office applications.
  • Willingness to work based on project deadlines
  • Other required skills: able to multi-task, effective under pressure, with an outgoing personality, organized and thorough.
  • Additional languages, other university degrees,
    AI design platforms skills,
    will be highly appreciated.
