Senior Project Architect

We're looking for a Senior Project Architect to join to join our team in Athens, Greece:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead architectural design for renovation and construction projects from concept through completion.
  • Develop detailed construction drawings, specifications, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients throughout all project phases.
  • Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and ensure work aligns with plans.
  • Manage planning approvals, permitting, and compliance with building regulations.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with existing team of Architectural Engineers in the department, as well as all other departments, to ensure the overall progress of all company projects

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architectural Engineering
  • Min 5-yrs work experience in a related position
  • Strong command of AUTOCAD – 3DS MAX or ARCHICAD or SKETCHUP
  • High levels of creativity and imagination
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
  • Analytical understanding of engineering so as to effectively problem-solve issues
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple competing tasks having strict deadlines
  • Enthusiastic, positive work ethic, and the ability to work well within a team of professionals
