Senior Architect
to join our team. The selected candidate will actively participate in all stages of architectural design, from the study phase to project implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Development of ideas and designs in collaboration with the contractor, taking into consideration the client's needs and the building's use.
  • Design in accordance with current building regulations, specific standards, and guidelines.
  • Preparation and presentation of design proposals.
  • Collaboration with related professionals and coordination to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Site visits for inspection and recording of observations.
  • Design/modifications according to project needs and resolution of issues that arise during construction.
  • Communication with construction sites and monitoring of progress.

Requirements

  • Degree in Architectural Engineering from a Polytechnic University (AEI – Polytechnic).
  • Proven professional experience of at least 3 years in all stages of architectural design (from study to construction).
  • Excellent knowledge of 2D & 3D software (Autocad 2D, Revit IM, 3ds MAX or equivalent) and English language.
  • Very good knowledge of Greek building regulations (GOK/NOK).
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills, as clients are high-profile.
  • Experience on construction sites and in large-scale construction projects will be considered a significant asset.
