Position Overview:

We are seeking a
Senior Architect
to join our creative and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced design professional with a strong background in both concept and technical development, capable of leading projects from early design stages through to construction supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead and develop architectural concepts, final and detailed design stages for various project types.

-Oversee and coordinate design documentation and ensure alignment with project requirements, codes, and client expectations.

-Participate actively in site supervision, ensuring design intent is maintained through construction.

-Manage NOK and building permit issuance procedures, coordinating with local authorities and consultants.

-Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver high-quality, on-time project outcomes.

-Contribute creative ideas and technical solutions during all phases of design and construction.

Qualifications & Skills:

-Diploma in Architecture (Master's degree preferred).

-Minimum
10 years of professional experience
across diverse project types, from master planning to interior design.

-Proven experience in
high-end residential and hospitality projects
.

-Exceptional ability in
Concept, Final, and Detail Design
.

-Demonstrated experience in
Construction Supervision
.

-Strong understanding of
NOK
procedures and
building permit
issuance.

-High-level proficiency in
2D and 3D design software
(Archicad, AutoCAD, etc.).

-Fluency in
creative thinking and problem-solving
.

-Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.

-Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
