- Coordinate field engineers, vendors, and internal teams for smooth and efficient project operations.
- Serve as the primary communication point for the project team and stakeholders, including clients and internal management.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation and contingency plans.
- Ensure adherence to defined quality standards and project management methodologies.
- Track progress, generate reports, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure stakeholder expectations are well-managed and project deliverables meet agreed-upon requirements.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of project coordination or leadership experience, preferably in infrastructure, systems integration, or technology rollouts.
- Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering is preferred. Degrees in Electrical Engineering from TEI or related technical fields will also be considered, especially with demonstrated experience in low voltage, high voltage systems, and construction site coordination.
- Familiarity with structured cabling, hardware deployments, audiovisual systems, CCTV, and field implementations.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel to customer sites and manage field activities when required.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Fulfilled military obligations (if applicable).
