Telecom Infrastructure Partners (TIP) is a global investment firm specialising in telecom infrastructure. We invest in mobile sites such as masts and rooftop antennas, by acquiring the lease rights from property owners in exchange for an upfront capital payment.

Our clients include landowners, businesses, and institutions that host telecom equipment. By purchasing their future lease income, we help them unlock immediate value, reduce long-term risk, and gain clarity over their assets, while ensuring the site continues to support essential network infrastructure. We don't build or operate mobile networks; we focus on the investment side. Through transparent transactions and professional management, we turn complex telecom leases into stable, strategic investments.

TIP operates in 14 countries and is backed by leading institutional investors, DigitalBridge and Swiss Life Asset Managers, with over $1.5 billion committed to infrastructure. We are currently expanding our operations into Greece, and this role is central to launching and growing our presence in this new market.

How You'll Contribute

As Country General Manager, Greece, you'll be responsible for launching and scaling TIP's operations in Greece by building a new market presence from the ground up. This is a senior leadership role combining market entry strategy, organisational build-out, investment oversight, and stakeholder engagement within the telecom infrastructure sector.

You'll define TIP's local footprint, recruit and lead a high-performing team, and ensure the successful execution of our telecom lease acquisition and investment strategy. You'll also serve as TIP's senior representative in Greece, building trusted relationships with property owners, regulators, telecom operators, and industry partners.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and deliver TIP's go-to-market and market entry strategy for Greece, aligned with broader European objectives
• Lead the establishment of TIP's legal and operational entity in Greece, including registration, local governance, and compliance frameworks
• Navigate regulatory, legal, and ESG requirements to ensure all operations meet Greek and EU standards
• Build a market intelligence function to track trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments
• Recruit, onboard, and develop a local team of Investment Development Managers
• Oversee the lease acquisition pipeline and investment performance across the portfolio
• Partner with legal, finance, and operations to ensure best-in-class due diligence and risk management
• Lead complex negotiations and partnerships with key external stakeholders
• Represent TIP at industry events and policy forums, contributing to thought leadership within the telecom infrastructure investment space

Success in your first 12–24 months will mean:

• A fully operational Greek entity with systems, structure, and a high-performing local team
• Market entry strategy executed, and lease acquisition pipeline established
• Strong relationships with key industry stakeholders built and maintained
• TIP recognised as a credible and trusted partner in Greece's telecom infrastructure ecosystem

About You

You're an entrepreneurial, strategic leader who thrives on building and scaling new market operations. You combine commercial acumen with operational discipline and a strong understanding of regulatory compliance in Greece. You're comfortable navigating ambiguity and can translate vision into action; building teams, systems, and partnerships that drive long-term growth.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken
• A minimum of 5+ years leadership experience within business development, sales, negotiation, or advisory roles
• Proven success in building and leading high-performing commercial teams
• Proven experience establishing or managing new business entities in Greece, with a deep understanding of local legal, regulatory, and compliance frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to navigate Greek bureaucracy, manage external advisors, and align with corporate governance standards
• A strategic mindset and a hands-on, delivery-focused approach
• Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
• Experience in investment, real estate, or telecom infrastructure sectors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Residency in Greece with a valid driver's license and access to a car
