Country Sales Manager

On behalf of our international client, we are seeking a highly motivated and exceptional leader to take on the role of Country Sales Manager. This individual will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, business excellence, and sustainable growth in a market-leading operation in Greece.
The Job
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and market growth. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional performance and results. Foster strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Identify new market opportunities and expand the client base to drive revenue growth. Oversee financial performance, ensuring targets are met while optimizing operational efficiency. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies and maintain a leadership position. Work closely with other departments, including marketing and operations, to align goals and strategies.
The Person
Minimum 15 years of proven sales and leadership experience in a similar role, ideally within an international organization. Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage and inspire high-performing teams. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools. Excellent English language skills (native Greek) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is considered a plus.
