Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee daily operations across sales, marketing, product, and technology teams
- Monitor business performance through KPIs, identify issues, and implement solutions on the ground
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Support the development and execution of digital and performance marketing initiatives
- Drive continuous product and service improvements to enhance user experience and conversion
- Contribute to strategic planning while ensuring strong operational discipline
- Develop and mentor team members, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture
- Ensure deep understanding of all business lines to make informed decisions and drive growth
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in B2C digital businesses, ideally in e-commerce, tech startups, or aggregator platforms
- Proven track record in scaling businesses, with hands-on experience in digital marketing, product, tech, or operations
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, performance metrics, and user acquisition strategies
- Experience managing diverse teams and delivering results in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical mindset with a practical approach to solving business problems
