Focus: Text/Image/Video Generation, Model Optimization, and Prompt Engineering

Core Qualifications

  1. Educational & Foundational Requirements


• Degree: Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related fields. Advanced coursework in generative models, deep learning, or computer vision is preferred.


• Certifications: Optional but advantageous (e.g., specialized courses in diffusion models, NLP, or ComfyUI workflows).

  1. Technical Expertise
    • Generative AI Proficiency:


• Stable Diffusion: Hands-on experience with text-to-image (txt2img), image-to-image (img2img), and video generation workflows. Familiarity with model variants (e.g., SDXL, SD 3.5 Large, Flux) and optimization techniques (e.g., FP8 quantization for low VRAM) .


• ComfyUI Mastery: Ability to design, debug, and share node-based workflows. Experience with plugins (e.g., ControlNet, LoRA training), model fusion, and pipeline automation.
• Prompt Engineering: Skill in crafting prompts for style-specific outputs (e.g., Vogue-style fashion, photorealism) and troubleshooting artifacts (e.g., improving hand generation).


• Machine Learning & Tools:
• Frameworks: PyTorch (for model tuning), TensorFlow, or Keras. Experience with Hugging Face libraries for model deployment.


• Pipeline Development: Designing end-to-end pipelines for data preprocessing, model training (e.g., DreamBooth), and inference optimization (e.g., using ComfyUI Manager for dependency handling).

  1. Specialized Skills


• Model Optimization: Tuning hyperparameters (e.g., CFG scale, denoising steps), adapting models for edge cases (e.g., low-VRAM GPUs), and leveraging tools like GGUF quantization.


• Cross-Modal Generation: Experience with text-to-video and image-tovideo frameworks (e.g., integrating AnimateDiff with Stable Diffusion).


• Quality Evaluation: Analyzing outputs using metrics like CLIP score, FID, or human aesthetic judgment
