On behalf of our client, a boutique agency, we are looking for a passionate
AI Solutions Engineer
to join their growing team

The company designs and implements intelligent processes for medium and large enterprises in Greece and abroad. They partner with leading vendors in their fields, including Celonis for process intelligence, Google for data and AI, and Salesforce for agentic AI. They continuously invest in emerging technologies. They were among the first consulting firms in Greece to deliver large-scale AI projects, and they remain at the forefront of AI and process automation technologies. Lastly, they were the first certified partners in Greece for Celonis and Agentforce.

Responsibilities

  • Understand client business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design, develop, and deploy solutions using GenAI, ML, and automation tools.
  • Engineer and optimize features to improve AI solution accuracy and performance.
  • Deploy solutions into production environments (real-time and batch inference).
  • Act as a technical mentor for junior team members, supporting their professional growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate solution approaches and results.
  • Ensure proper documentation, code quality, and DevOps practices.
  • Research, learn, and recommend new technologies relevant to AI and automation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with a
    track record of at least 2 projects
    in designing and developing GenAI solutions in corporate environments, plus
    3+ years
    in development projects.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in STEM.
  • Strong knowledge of the AI/ML stack (multimodal). Google Cloud Platform experience and certifications are a plus.
  • Hands-on expertise in Python and related frameworks.
  • Experience integrating Generative AI models into enterprise applications, chatbots, virtual assistants, or low-code platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and mentor others technically (but without people management).
  • Eagerness to learn and evolve with new technologies.
