Description

We at Nova, are a very young and dynamic team, the 2nd largest telecom provider in Greece, looking for an experienced and forward-thinking "AI Lead Engineer" to guide a team building RPA & AI-powered solutions in NOVA environments.

You have a challenging mission to:

Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams and play a key role in shaping our AI strategy and roadmap.

What you will do:

  • Lead the development of RPA applications and AI/ML models for robotic perception, data collection, decision-making, control, and autonomy.
  • Manage and mentor a team of software developers and AI engineers, set technical direction, and ensure best practices.
  • Collaborate with product managers, data teams, and stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into RPA & AI solutions.
  • Own the deployment, monitoring, system performance and optimization of RPA & AI models in production environments.
  • Drive innovation, evaluating emerging technologies and best practices in robotics AI/ML and contribute to strategic decisions related to infrastructure and workflows.

It would be great if you have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Experience in Robotics Process Automation and developing AI-driven systems, with at least 1 year in a technical leadership role.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, C++ and AI/RPA related frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication and leadership skills.
