We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with knowledge in generative/agentic AI to grow our AI-powered automation projects, including a scalable LLM backend, data orchestration platform, and production-grade ML models—all while coordinating with our team of AI/ML specialists.

•    Aid in the progress of our AI-driven automation tools, integrating LLM and expanding our data ingestion platform. 

•    Deploy, fine-tune and benchmark foundational LLM models for production, focusing on accuracy, scalability, and efficiency. 

•    Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and focus on prompt engineering strategies to boost model relevance and adaptability. 

•    Design and build LLM-based agents with function-calling tools for specific, task-oriented AI solutions. 

•    Use LLM APIs (like OpenAI, Anthropic) for language tasks, frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex) for rapid development, and platforms (Langfuse) for real-time monitoring.

•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI/ML applications with business goals, also providing technical insights to non-technical stakeholders. 

•    Manage data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model selection using large datasets and distributed computing. 

•    Follow MLOps best practices (CI/CD, versioning, containerization with Docker) to ensure streamlined operations and scalable model serving. 

•    Stay updated on AI/ML trends and technologies to drive continuous innovation. 

Must-haves:

• A Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, with specialized AI/ML training.

• 2-4 years of hands-on work with Large Language Models (LLMs), including model development, fine-tuning, and deployment.

• Strong skills in prompt engineering and LLM agent development, optimizing prompts and building intelligent agents for complex tasks and external tool interactions.

• Experience building RAG pipelines and integrating tools to improve retrieval, indexing, and context understanding.

• Advanced proficiency in Python and key AI/ML libraries for model building and automation. Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to translate tech into plain language.

• A team-player mindset, proactive problem-solving skills, and an eagerness to innovate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Good to Have:

• Experience with both hosted LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) and open-source models (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral, Qwen), as well as frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex.

• Familiarity with monitoring platforms like Langfuse for real-time observability.

• Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) for building scalable ML/LLM services.

• Hands-on experience with advanced RAG techniques, data indexing, and embedding models.

• Background in AI-driven automation and information extraction for building data-driven applications.
