Η GATTEGNO, θυγατρική της ΔΕΛΤΑ Τρόφιμα δραστηριοποιείται στον χώρο της διανομής γαλακτοκομικών και τυροκομικών προϊόντων υψηλής ποιότητας, προσφέροντας αξιόπιστες λύσεις στην ελληνική αγορά μέσω δικτύου αντιπροσώπων και χονδρεμπόρων.

Με δέσμευση στη δημιουργία δυνατών συνεργασιών και εξαιρετικής εμπειρίας για τους πελάτες μας, αναζητούμε Επιθεωρητή Πωλήσεων για να ενισχύσει την ομάδα μας.

Ως μέλος της εμπορικής ομάδας, θα είστε υπεύθυνος/η για:

  • Ανάπτυξη στρατηγικών πωλήσεων της περιοχής ευθύνης και αποτελεσματική διαχείριση διαθέσιμων πόρων
  • Υλοποίηση εμπορικών στρατηγικών, διαδικασιών και προγραμμάτων σε ευθυγράμμιση με τη Διεύθυνση Πωλήσεων
  • Διαχείριση και υποστήριξη του δικτύου αντιπροσώπων και χονδρεμπόρων
  • Συντονισμός των εμπορικών δραστηριοτήτων των αντιπροσώπων και ενίσχυση της παρουσίας των προϊόντων στην αγορά
  • Εντοπισμός νέων πελατών και αξιοποίηση επιχειρηματικών ευκαιριών σε συνεργασία με τα τμήματα πωλήσεων των αντιπροσώπων
  • Δημιουργία και διατήρηση σχέσεων εμπιστοσύνης με τους πελάτες των αντιπροσώπων μέσω βαθιάς κατανόησης των αναγκών τους και παροχή υπηρεσιών υψηλής ποιότητας
  • Διαχείριση παραγγελιών και εμπορευμάτων
  • Συνεργασία με τα τμήματα Marketing, Πωλήσεων και Operations για την υλοποίηση προωθητικών ενεργειών
  • Επίτευξη ποσοτικών και ποιοτικών στόχων πωλήσεων και ενίσχυση της συνολικής εμπειρίας του πελάτη
  • Παρακολούθηση δεικτών απόδοσης (KPI) και σύνταξη τακτικών αναφορών προόδου
  • Ενίσχυση της εταιρικής εικόνας στα σημεία επαφής με την αγορά

Requirements

· Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ σχετικού αντικειμένου (Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Μάρκετινγκ, Οικονομικά).

· 3-5 έτη εμπειρίας στον τομέα των πωλήσεων, κατά προτίμηση σε γαλακτοκομικά/τυροκομικά προϊόντα ή FMCG.

· Άριστες διαπραγματευτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.

· Ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων και προσαρμοστικότητα σε ένα δυναμικό περιβάλλον.

· Ομαδικό πνεύμα & Ευελιξία.

· Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας (γραπτά και προφορικά).

· Άριστη χρήση MS Office.

· Δίπλωμα οδήγησης & δυνατότητα ταξιδιών.
