At Sfakianakis Group, a leader in the automotive industry, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven After Sales Area Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will support, guide, and develop our network of authorized service and spare-parts partners, ensuring high-quality after-sales services, customer satisfaction and profitability.

After Sales Area Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Supports the network of authorized service and spare-parts partners across all after-sales activities.
  • Ιmproves partner performance by providing ongoing technical and commercial support to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Monitors customer satisfaction, reviewing feedback and key performance indicators to identify improvement areas.
  • Proposes and implements initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and overall after-sales performance.
  • Develops and executes initiatives that strengthen after-sales services and customer experience.
  • Travels within Greece to support the partners network in the assigned region.

Required Qualifications:

  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Solid understanding of automotive industry practices and standards
  • Advanced Knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
  • Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Greece
