Qualifications

Previous experience in front office or customer service roles is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Basic knowledge of hotel reservation systems and office software

Duties

Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out processes.

Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about A77 Suites' services and facilities.

Manage reservations and ensure the accuracy of guest information.

Address and resolve guest concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner.

Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
