Ο Όμιλος Gatsby επεκτείνεται στον Πειραιά

Με χαρά ανακοινώνουμε το άνοιγμα της νέας μας μονάδας, του Zeas Urban Living, ενός πολυτελούς stay-only ξενοδοχείου με 26 δωμάτια, που θα λειτουργεί όλο τον χρόνο στον Πειραιά.

Στο πλαίσιο της ανάπτυξής μας, αναζητούμε έναν/μία Front Office Agent που θα αποτελέσει το πρόσωπο της φιλοξενίας μας και θα συμβάλει στην παροχή μοναδικών εμπειριών στους επισκέπτες μας.

Ο Ρόλος Σου

Ως Front Office Agent, θα είσαι το πρώτο και τελευταίο χαμόγελο που βλέπει ο επισκέπτης. Θα έχεις την ευθύνη να εξασφαλίσεις μια άψογη εμπειρία φιλοξενίας, μέσα από άμεση εξυπηρέτηση, αποτελεσματική διαχείριση αιτημάτων και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

Εκτέλεση check-in και check-out με επαγγελματισμό και θερμή φιλοξενία

Διαχείριση κρατήσεων μέσω τηλεφώνου, email και online πλατφορμών

Καταχώριση στοιχείων στο PMS με ακρίβεια

Διαχείριση πληρωμών, τιμολογίων και εκκαθαρίσεων

Ανταπόκριση σε αιτήματα και παράπονα με άμεση αποτελεσματικότητα

Παροχή πληροφοριών και εξατομικευμένων προτάσεων για τον Πειραιά και την Αθήνα

Συνεργασία με τα τμήματα του ξενοδοχείου για την άρτια παροχή υπηρεσιών

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα

Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση

Άριστη γνώση της ελληνικής και αγγλικής γλώσσας (δεύτερη ξένη γλώσσα θα εκτιμηθεί)

Εξοικείωση με PMS (ιδανικά Hotelizer) και εφαρμογές γραφείου

Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες

Ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών αιτημάτων με ηρεμία και ταχύτητα

Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια, επαγγελματική εμφάνιση και προσανατολισμός στην εξυπηρέτηση
