Job Brief

As a Travel Specialist, you will receive comprehensive training in sales and operations procedures, enabling you to create bespoke luxury travel experiences from start to finish. This role is ideal for enthusiastic, action-oriented individuals who are passionate about the travel industry and want to enhance their skills in a dynamic, high-performance environment.

Seasonal Requirement

During the summer season (June to September 2026), your role will include a mandatory on-site assignment at The_Petra, a Small Luxury Hotels of the World property located in Patmos, Greece. This experience will enhance your expertise in luxury hospitality by immersing you in front desk operations and guest relations at this exclusive boutique hotel.

This seasonal requirement ensures you gain hands-on experience in luxury hotel management, complementing your travel operations skills and making you a well-rounded professional in the industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Tourism or Travel, though not required).

• Excellent command of English and Greek

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).

• Passionate about travel and tourism.

• Previous work or industry experience is welcome but not required.

• Willingness to manage different work shifts.

Responsibilities

(Primarily focused but not limited to the following)

• Communicate with potential clients to maximize sales opportunities.

• Develop strong relationships with clients to assess their needs, budget, and preferences in order to suggest tailored travel packages.

• Prepare quotations and create custom itineraries.

• Organize travels from start to finish: book hotels, tours, transfers, issue ferry and air tickets, and provide assistance during clients' trips.

• Provide exceptional customer service and effectively resolve any issues or complaints.

• Enter data into our system and update client and financial files.
