WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a highly motivated Operations Specialist to join our team, who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our company and ensuring the smooth running of all travel-related services for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of travel operations, including reservations, bookings, itinerary planning, and other related services
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of travel bookings and customer information
- Manage and monitor customer inquiries and complaints, and provide prompt and effective solutions
- Collaborate with other departments to improve operational processes and procedures
- Manage and maintain travel-related databases and systems
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, or related field
- Experience in travel operations or related field would be a bonus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Google Suite for Business
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Fluent in English and Greek
