Customer Care Specialist

Responsabilità principali

  • Gestire le richieste in arrivo da parte dei clienti via telefono, email o chat.
  • Fornire assistenza immediata, cordiale e orientata alla risoluzione dei problemi.
  • Registrare e monitorare le richieste tramite sistemi CRM.
  • Collaborare con altri reparti (ad es. Vendite, Supporto Tecnico) per offrire un servizio completo e di qualità.
  • Mantenere un alto livello di professionalità e cortesia in ogni interazione.

Requisiti

  • Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di assistenza clienti sarà considerata un plus.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e buona conoscenza dell'inglese (scritta e parlata).
  • Eccellenti capacità comunicative e attitudine positiva nella gestione delle situazioni complesse.
  • Buone competenze informatiche e familiarità con i sistemi CRM.
  • Spirito di squadra e desiderio di crescita personale e professionale.
