BFF Banking Group is the largest specialized finance operator in Italy and one of the leaders in Europe in managing and offloading non-performing commercial credits owed to Public Administrations, Securities Services, and payment services. Our Group has been listed on the Milan Stock Exchange since 2017 and operates internationally in Italy, Spain, Portugal, Slovakia, Poland, Czech Republic, Greece, France, and Croatia.

We are Looking for a Credit Management Specialist for our Greek Branch in Athens.

In this role, you will:

  • Upload of invoices status in the system
  • Contact with clients to ask for the probative documentation and manage the upload in GRID
  • Process the portfolios in the system
  • Manage the retrocession to be paid by the clients
  • Cooperation with the external lawyers for the legal actions
  • Reporting in Excel
  • Support to the other OU of the Greek Branch/HQ
  • Peraparing, Renaming and Cataloging the documentation received in order to ensure that the documents are uploaded correctly

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2/3 years of experience in a similar role in credit collection activitites for both Banking sector, utilities or pharmaceutical industry
  • English Knowledge (B2 level), Fluent in Greek (C1 Level)
  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration or other similar (nice to have)
