You will be the last line of defense, resolving escalated and deep-dive technical problems that standard support cannot solve. Your Impact: System Integrity and Security
- Advanced Troubleshooting: Resolve highly complex technical issues related to malware removal, firewall configuration, system performance, and software integration across various operating systems.

- Technical Interview: Successfully pass the specialized technical interview to demonstrate the required higher technical skills for this advanced support tier.
