The Opportunity: Technical Support for a Leading Streaming Platform
We are hiring a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to manage customer inquiries for a major digital entertainment and streaming platform (SKG). This is a fast-paced, office-based role in Greece focused on resolving technical and subscription-related issues to ensure an uninterrupted viewing experience for consumers.
You will be the expert on device compatibility, app troubleshooting, streaming quality, and account security. The ideal candidate is technically adept, patient, and excels at guiding users through complex steps to resolution.
Your Impact: Flawless Viewer Experience
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to streaming quality, device connectivity, and app functionality via phone, chat, and email.
