Your Responsibilities
  • Provide expert technical support to Spanish-speaking customers regarding our technology products.
  • Effectively diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Educate customers on the features and benefits of our products and services.
  • Document all customer interactions and solutions provided for effective follow-up.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance support processes and share knowledge.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about new products and updates.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is required.
  • A strong technical background with problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
