Your Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding social media support to Spanish-speaking users, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of their inquiries.
- Engage users with informative and interesting content across various social media channels.
- Actively monitor social media platforms to identify trends and respond to customer feedback.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop aligned strategies and campaigns.
- Contribute to the growth and engagement of our online community.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends to enhance our customer interactions.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
- Strong enthusiasm for social media and excellent customer interaction skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or social media roles is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills with a friendly approach.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-oriented with a genuine desire to help others.
