Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Support Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical support for payroll applications to end customers, offering daily advisory services based on their needs. Additionally, they will manage requests and proposals for customer improvements regarding application usage and evolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for payroll applications to end customers
  • Daily servicing and provision of advisory services according to customer needs
  • Manage requests/proposals for customer improvement regarding the usage and evolution of applications
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or Accounting
  • Strong knowledge of tax and labor legislation, with ability to monitor and absorb continuous changes
  • Experience in a similar support position for accounting & payroll applications (considered an asset)
  • Excellent communication skills
