The Goal

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing of international payrolls, providing critical support to the Payroll Manager. A strong understanding of Greek payroll processing is essential, and experience with international payrolls is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of international payrolls, in close collaboration with the Payroll Manager.
• Liaise with local payroll partners in each jurisdiction to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data in line with GDPR and internal policies.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to support payroll-related queries and reporting.
• Reconcile payroll reports and support internal and external audits.
• Assist in improving payroll processes and implementing best practices across regions.

The Player

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in processing Greek payroll within a corporate or multinational environment.
• Solid understanding of Greek labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll compliance requirements
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards for accuracy and confidentiality.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with payroll systems and tools.
• Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting or processing international payrolls across multiple countries.
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll platforms such as UKG, Workday, ADP, or similar.
• Exposure to global payroll operations, Finance functions, or shared services environments.
