Description

We at Nova are a very young and dynamic team, the 2nd largest telecom provider in Greece, looking for a vibrant and fast-thinking Payroll & Reporting Coordinator to be part of our successful team in our HR department.

You have a challenging mission for:

Providing comprehensive support to the HR Payroll team, with a particular focus on managing absenteeism, timekeeping, maternity leave, and overtime tasks. This role involves monitoring employee attendance, ensuring compliance with time management policies, and addressing absenteeism issues.

What you will do:

  • Support payroll operations with a focus on timekeeping, absenteeism, maternity leave, and overtime
  • Maintain accurate records in timekeeping systems (e.g. illness, remote work, shifts)
  • Upload and update shift schedules and ensure timely communication with employees
  • Prepare and share regular HR reports
  • Handle employee queries related to attendance and leave
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and confidentiality in all activities.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives

It would be great if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in similar roles
  • Familiarity with ERGANI and labor law compliance is a plus.
  • Good command of English and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of SCANHRMS would be highly appreciated
