This is a great chance to deepen your knowledge of payroll processes in a dynamic, supportive environment. You will be responsible for supporting the timely and accurate delivery of a highly demanding payroll process, as well as for the follow up of labor, insurance and tax issues.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Assist in processing payrolls for client employees accurately and on time
- Maintain accurate payroll records, including salaries, working hours, overtime, and deductions
- Support client communication and help resolve payroll-related queries
- Stay up to date with labor, tax regulations and social security contributions
- Prepare and submit payroll reports and documentation for clients and relevant authorities
- Contribute process improvement initiatives to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy
Candidate's Profile
- Degree in Economics, Finance or relative field
- 1–2 years of experience in payroll or administrative support, ideally within a human resources firm
- Good understanding of labor laws and payroll processes
- Familiarity with payroll software, ERGANI platform and solid skills in Excel
- Ability to manage client communications effectively and resolve issues professionally
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and perform under tight deadlines
- Team spirit, positive mindset, and willingness to learn
