Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Payroll Assistant to join our Payroll Department in Kifisia. The role involves supporting the payroll process and ensuring accurate and timely employee data management. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills in payroll within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation and processing of the monthly payroll for the Group companies.

  • Collect and verify employee data such as attendance records, leaves, and absences.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and payroll-related records.

  • Handle electronic submissions to public authorities (ERGANI, EFKA, etc.).

  • Support ad-hoc payroll projects as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • 1+ year of experience in payroll processing and labor law administration.

  • Hands-on experience with timekeeping systems and the ERGANI platform will be considered an asset.

  • Good command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.

  • Fluency in both Greek and English is required.
