Work4u is seeking a Group Payroll Manager
 on behalf of our client, a technical company with international activities. The selected candidate will be responsible for organizing and overseeing the payroll function for the Group, managing and coordinating the payroll process, and monitoring compliance across the entire Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advisory services to Management, Department Heads, and other staff regarding labor and social security legislation.
  • Stay updated on changes in labor and social security laws and implement measures to ensure the company remains compliant.
  • Supervise and review the monthly payroll process for employees.
  • Monitor costs associated with social security funds and tax authorities.
  • Prepare payroll forecasts.
  • Compare monthly payroll results and justify any discrepancies.
  • Participate in budgeting processes.
  • Organize and guide the smooth operation of the Group's payroll systems.
  • Communicate with consultants and tax advisors to avoid additional costs.
  • Stay informed about changes in labor law.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR-Payroll.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite.
  • Experience with HRMS systems is a plus.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Knowledge of the German language is an additional asset.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus.
