About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our dynamic People Operations team. The Intern will support the Payroll, Compensation & Benifit department in various administrative and operational tasks. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and insight within a vibrant and supportive environment.

What Will You Do

  • Support the hiring and onboarding process for new employees by preparing and collecting orientation materials
  • Maintain and update employee records and HRIS databases with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll for employees and benefit-related documents and reports.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the benefit policies and procedures.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned.
