Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position as a Restaurant Manager at Rizes, located in Thíra, Santorini. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality and safety standards, and handling inventory. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with kitchen and service teams, ensuring seamless dining experiences, and monitoring financial performance to achieve business goals. The Restaurant Manager will also play a key role in fostering a positive team environment and upholding the standards of Greek hospitality for which Rizes is known.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
  • Proven experience in restaurant operations, customer service, and staff training
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, quality control, and inventory management
  • Ability to resolve conflicts effectively and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail
  • Fluency in English; additional languages, especially Greek, are a plus
  • Experience in hospitality or fine dining establishments is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage
