Role Description

The Front Office Manager will oversee daily operations at the hotel's front office, ensuring smooth and efficient guest experiences. Key responsibilities include managing check-in and check-out processes, supervising front office staff, handling guest inquiries, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and addressing any concerns promptly. Collaboration with other hotel teams is essential for maintaining premium service quality. This is a contract position located on-site in Páros.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Front Office operations and Office Administration
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional Customer Service and achieving Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Communication skills and the ability to handle guest relations effectively
  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality or related industries is highly advantageous
  • Leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills to manage daily operations effectively
  • Proficiency in using Opera cloud
  • Fluency in English and Greek; additional languages are an asset
  • Candidates should have the right to live and work on Greece
