Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Specialist, located in Míkonos. The Front Office Specialist will manage day-to-day front desk operations, including greeting and assisting guests, answering phone inquiries, and maintaining appointment schedules. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, performing receptionist tasks, and ensuring smooth communication between guests and internal teams to uphold the resort's high standards of hospitality.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Customer Service and Receptionist Duties
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Appointment Scheduling
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as Greek are advantageous
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or related fields are beneficial
