Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Operations Manager
to oversee the daily operations of our hotel and ensure the seamless execution of all guest-facing and back-of-house departments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in luxury hospitality, a strategic mindset, and the ability to lead teams with inspiration and precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring excellence in guest experience and adherence to brand standards.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Spa, etc.) to optimize performance, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
  • Implement and monitor service standards, SOPs, and operational policies in line with Epic Hotel Group's vision.
  • Drive revenue growth and cost control initiatives through effective planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sustainability policies across all departments.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement among staff members.
  • Support recruitment, training, and professional development initiatives for operational teams.
  • Liaise with the General Manager and corporate team on strategy execution, guest feedback, and improvement plans.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a managerial role within a 5-star hotel or luxury resort environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Business acumen with a focus on operational efficiency and financial performance.
  • Fluency in English and Greek; knowledge of German or any European language is an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
