We are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic
Front Office Agent
to join our team for the upcoming
2026
season (April-October) in
Santorini
. As a Front Office Agent, you will represent the first point of contact for our guests and are crucial in ensuring their stay is enjoyable and hassle-free.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
  • Handle reservations and manage inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
  • Assist in coordinating housekeeping and maintenance requests
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions
  • Promote in-house and sister properties' services and facilities
  • Ensure the front desk area is welcoming and organized
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate a seamless guest experience

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a front office agent or in a customer service role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Familiarity with hotel management software (PMS) is an advantage
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
