We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
Reservations Agent
to join our luxury hospitality team.

The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service, ensuring a seamless booking experience while supporting revenue growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process incoming reservations accurately and in a timely manner
  • Manage all guest communication from initial inquiry through confirmation
  • Assist guests with special requests or resolve issues related to their reservations
  • Promote hotel services and upsell where appropriate to maximize departmental revenue
  • Communicate guest requests and preferences promptly to all relevant departments
  • Ensure all transactions are correctly processed and communicated to the Front Office and Accounting departments
  • Maintain accurate guest and reservation data within the company's database, including payment details

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in luxury or 5-star hotel environments
  • Excellent command of English; knowledge of an additional language will be considered an asset
  • Knowledge of hotel software - Opera / Opera Cloud or similar PMS
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
