About the location:
Located on the coastline of Kalo Livadi Bay, Four Seasons Resort Mykonos, will offer 94 spacious rooms, villas, and suites with exquisite views of the Aegean Sea. The brand-new build will take shape on an unspoiled 60,000 square meters of land, spanning from the sandy beaches to the picturesque coastal cliffs. To honor the culture and heritage of the destination, the Resort will be built in the Cycladic style that is synonymous with Mykonos, featuring white cubic architecture with bright spots of blue. The hotel will redefine luxury hospitality on the island. The Resort will offer an exciting variety of restaurants and bars, such as an al-fresco pool-side Italian venue, an authentic Mykonian Kafeneio, a contemporary steak house, and a vibrant beach club. In year 2, this will be supplemented with a Marina.

The Role Of Assistant Director Of Security

Assistant Director of Security

Four Seasons Resort Mykonos
opening team in Greece

Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the
Assistant Director of Security
is responsible for overseeing all aspects of resort safety, loss prevention, and emergency preparedness.

This role ensures the security and well-being of guests, employees, and assets through effective leadership, training, risk management, and coordination with local authorities.

In an
ultra-luxury environment
, the Assistant Director of Security must maintain a
high level of discretion, professionalism, and guest sensitivity
, balancing robust safety protocols with the resort's atmosphere of comfort and exclusivity. The role supports the resort's commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences through a flawless and safe physical environment.

Our Ideal Assistant Director Of Security Candidate Will Have

• Degree or diploma in Security Management, Law Enforcement, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of progressive experience in hotel or resort security, preferably in a luxury environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Greek security laws, fire safety codes, and local emergency procedures.
• Certified in First Aid / CPR / AED; additional safety or crisis management training preferred.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; fluency in English required, Greek preferred.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity.
• Computer proficiency: MS Office, CCTV and access control systems, incident management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Working Conditions

• Predominantly on-site role with both administrative and field duties.
• Requires regular walking, standing, and outdoor activity across resort grounds.
• May involve irregular hours, overnight shifts, and on-call responsibilities.
