Job Description
Scorpios Group is looking for a credible R&M Engineering Manager, In this role, you will oversee all aspects of facilities management, preventive maintenance, and operational readiness for the property. This position ensures a seamless transition from construction handover to operational phase and maintains all physical assets to the highest standard.

Responsibilities
Development / Pre-Opening Phase "Α":

  • Participate in design reviews to ensure operational functionality.
  • Oversee construction company and report to PM and ownership.
  • Review and optimize MEP drawings for serviceability.
  • Prepare preventive maintenance plans and asset register templates.
  • Oversee commissioning and testing of systems.
  • Manage snagging and warranty tracking.
  • Define SOPs and coordinate procurement of tools and consumables.

Operational Phase "B":

  • Supervise all maintenance of villas, public areas, pools, gardens, spa, and restaurant.
  • Implement preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Manage small works, repairs, and energy optimization.
  • Maintain compliance with local regulations.
  • Report monthly to GM and ownership on KPIs and budgets.
  • Construction management in upgrade works (timeline, budget, quality, subcontractors)

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
  • 8–12 years' experience in luxury resorts or villas.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP, pools, BMS, and sustainable systems.
  • Fluent in Greek and English.
  • Very good knowledge Microsoft office, Autocad, Project office, Network use
