We are now looking for a
Corporate Assistant & Office Management professional
to join our Athens team and support both senior management and day-to-day office operations.
If you're highly organized, proactive, and enjoy taking ownership of administrative and coordination tasks, this is a great opportunity to develop your skills within an international and professional environment.
What You'll Do
As a key member of our corporate team, you'll make sure our office runs efficiently and our management team is fully supported in their daily agenda. Your responsibilities will include:
Executive & Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to senior management — including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting organization
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Office Management
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a well-organized workplace
- Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and service providers
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and company activities
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and office procedures
Corporate Coordination
- Support company-wide initiatives and communication
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth collaboration
- Assist in preparing materials for management reports and board documentation
Finance & Administration Support
- Collaborate with accounting and HR teams on administrative and operational matters
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Management
, or a related field - Around
3 years of experience
in executive assistance, office management, or administration - Excellent
English communication skills
(written and spoken); other languages are an advantage - Proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel – incl. pivot tables, PowerPoint, Outlook)
and general digital tools - Strong
organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills - A
proactive, responsible
