We are now looking for a
Corporate Assistant & Office Management professional
to join our Athens team and support both senior management and day-to-day office operations.

If you're highly organized, proactive, and enjoy taking ownership of administrative and coordination tasks, this is a great opportunity to develop your skills within an international and professional environment.

What You'll Do

As a key member of our corporate team, you'll make sure our office runs efficiently and our management team is fully supported in their daily agenda. Your responsibilities will include:

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative support to senior management — including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting organization
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Office Management

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a well-organized workplace
  • Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and service providers
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and company activities
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and office procedures

Corporate Coordination

  • Support company-wide initiatives and communication
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth collaboration
  • Assist in preparing materials for management reports and board documentation

Finance & Administration Support

  • Collaborate with accounting and HR teams on administrative and operational matters

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business Administration, Management
    , or a related field
  • Around
    3 years of experience
    in executive assistance, office management, or administration
  • Excellent
    English communication skills
    (written and spoken); other languages are an advantage
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office (Word, Excel – incl. pivot tables, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    and general digital tools
  • Strong
    organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
  • A
    proactive, responsible
    , and
    detail-oriented
    approach
  • Professional demeanor and a positive, collaborative mindset
