Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Finance Division as
Assistant – Analysis & Reporting
. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the preparation of management reports, performance analyses, and financial insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, data-driven environment, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the reporting function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation and consolidation of periodic financial and business performance reports.
  • Conduct in-depth variance, trend, and profitability analyses to identify key performance drivers.
  • Assist in the design and enhancement of management reporting tools, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Accounting, Operations) to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process by providing analytical input and supporting documentation.
  • Contribute to process optimization and automation initiatives to improve reporting efficiency and quality.
  • Prepare ad-hoc analyses, presentations, and reports for senior management and business units.
  • Ensure adherence to reporting timelines, accuracy standards, and corporate policies.
  • Checking the accuracy of extracted data according to the specifications of existing and new business;
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and informing management to any performance issues; proposing corrective measures
  • Creating and updating user documentation and standard operating procedures for the newly created reports

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • To have mid-level SQL knowledge
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in financial analysis, management reporting, or a similar role — ideally within a financial services or corporate environment.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proven ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Demonstrated advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, and data analysis), PowerPoint, and advanced working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI/reporting tools is highly desirable.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements, KPIs, and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) considered an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • High proficiency in English (fluent written and verbal communication)
