We are seeking a
Freelance Real Estate Assistant
for our office on the Athens Riviera, Greece, preferably with a background or experience in business, economics, law, management, sales, marketing, communication, architecture, design, engineering, or related fields.

The relevance to the real estate and hospitality market, premium standards, and sustainability will be considered an advantage.

You will primarily collaborate with the real estate sales and marketing team to achieve business results. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the relevant department in all real estate tasks, such as:

– real estate sales assistance to achieve company targets and generate qualified leads for property deals.

– real estate business development and networking to expand strategic partnerships and attract qualified clientele.

– personal, direct communication with contacts (property owners, buyers, investors, customers, and partners) via calls and messages, updating the CRM system.

– real estate marketing support, including property listings, coordination, content creation, optional photography and videography, updates across company websites, social media, and digital platforms.

• comprehensive real estate searches, including online listings, off-market opportunities, local area scanning, and leveraging partner networks and personal contacts.

– real estate matching based on client preferences, complemented by relevant property proposals and targeted property viewings.

– real estate niche market research applying best practices, data analysis, and reporting.

– active participation in real estate and hospitality expos and conferences, representing the company at networking and business pitching events.
