Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Revenue Manager to join the team FULL-TIME at offices in ATHENS. This key role is responsible for designing and implementing revenue management strategies across their client hotels, with the goal of optimizing performance and maximizing revenues. The ideal candidate is a self-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of revenue management practices. Staying ahead of market conditions, competition, and emerging trends in the hospitality industry, this professional will play a vital role in shaping growth and ensuring the continued success of their portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement revenue strategies including pricing, inventory control, and demand forecasting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to adjust pricing and maximize revenue
- Optimize distribution channels (OTAs, GDS, B2B, B2C, corporate contracts) ensuring accuracy and visibility
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on promotions, packages, and occupancy optimization
- Analyze booking patterns and historical data to drive strategic decisions
- Lead revenue meetings, provide insights, and oversee corrective actions
- Prepare forecasts, reports, and market analyses for management
- Guide hotel teams, embed a revenue-driven culture, and mentor staff
- Support annual budgeting and KPI setting, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
Professional Qualifications & Skills:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in revenue management within the hospitality sector
- Background in multi-property operations or international hotel chains is a strong plus
- Exceptional analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into clear strategies
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and advanced data analysis tools
- Familiarity with Revenue Management Systems (RMS) and Property Management Systems (PMS) — experience with Protel is highly valued
- Solid knowledge of channel management platforms
- Strong leadership and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, and Operations
- Results-oriented, strategic thinker with proven problem-solving abilities
- Skilled at juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-driven, proactive, and passionate about revenue optimization
- Full fluency in English and Greek, written and spoken.
