With extensive expertise in hotel management, investment, development, sales and marketing strategies, as well as advisory services, SWOT Hospitality is seeking a dynamic Revenue Director to lead our commercial strategy and maximize financial performance across our portfolio.
As Revenue Director, you will be responsible for designing and executing revenue management strategies that optimize occupancy, average rate, and total revenue. You will play a key leadership role in shaping pricing, distribution, and channel strategies, while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Develops and implements revenue management strategies to optimize hotel performance across all segments.
- Leads the revenue management function, ensuring accurate forecasting, pricing, and inventory control.
- Analyzes business performance, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Manages distribution channels and online platforms, ensuring optimal visibility and profitability.
- Partners with Sales and Marketing teams to align commercial strategies and maximize demand.
- Oversees revenue reporting, dashboards, and KPIs, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Ensures all strategies support Swot Hospitality's values, service culture, and long-term vision.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive revenue management experience, preferably in multi-property or cluster roles.
- Strong knowledge of revenue management systems (RMS), channel managers, and distribution platforms.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills with a commercial mindset.
- Proven leadership ability with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
