What will you be doing?
- Assist customers via phone, email or chat with technical/product-related queries
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT or service issues efficiently
- Guide users through system setups and basic configurations
- Document issues and escalate more complex cases when needed
- Provide a friendly and solution-focused customer experience
- Follow company procedures and strive to meet performance goals
What do we need from you:
- Spanish on a C2 level
- Good English communication skills (B2+)
- Strong communication & problem-solving abilities
- Motivation to work in a customer-centric environment
- Available to work on rotational shifts (if needed)
- Willingness to relocate (if not based in Greece)
