Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Support users with account access, transactions, and general banking issues
  • Maintain data security and customer confidentiality
  • Provide a high standard of customer service at all times

  • German: C1 level (fluent native not required)
  • English: B2C1 level (strong communication skills)
  • Must be located in Greece or able to relocate immediately
  • Must already have a valid AFM (Tax Number) and AMKA/PAAYPA (Social Security Number)
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in or experience with banking or customer service
