The company:

A leading renewable energy contractor specialising in utility-scale solar and energy infrastructure projects, the company has established a strong presence across Greece through the award of major solar PV, hybrid, and energy storage projects. As part of this growth, the business is seeking a Head of Technical Office to oversee and ensure the timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery of all renewable energy construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

As Head of Technical Office some duties will be:

  • Preparing, reviewing, and updating project schedules for utility-scale solar and energy infrastructure projects.
  • Overseeing monthly bills of quantities, valuations, and payment analyses.
  • Ensuring compliance with public sector policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Supporting planning, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple projects.
  • Monitoring project progress, risks, and issues, while keeping internal and external stakeholders aligned.
  • Preparing and submitting high-quality technical and financial reporting to senior management.

The Person:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience in large-scale renewable energy or utility infrastructure projects.
  • 4+ years' experience as a Project Manager delivering complex construction projects.
  • Proven expertise in certifications, accounts, and progress reporting for public sector or regulated projects.
  • Strong understanding of Quality, Health & Safety, and compliance in large-scale technical projects.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in Greek and English.
