IT Officer
to join our team.

Role Overview:

The
IT Officer
is responsible for the day-to-day operation, support, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure and end-user systems. The role requires strong technical skills in hardware, software, and networking, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently to ensure business continuity.

Objectives:

The primary objective of the IT Officer is to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation of all IT systems, providing hands-on technical support, maintaining infrastructure, and addressing user needs promptly. The role directly supports the IT Manager and contributes to the stability, performance, and security of the organization's digital environment.

Scope of Work:

1. On-Premises IT Infrastructure Maintenance

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other end-user hardware.
• Support and maintain the LAN/WLAN, Google & Microsoft storage systems, as well as other networked equipment.
• Monitor physical infrastructure (server rooms, routers/switches, etc.) and report abnormalities.

2. Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide timely first- and second-level technical support to users across the company.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
• Record and resolve incidents using the internal IT support system.

3. Network and Security Operations

• Assist in managing network switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Maintain secure system access (Google & Microsoft user accounts, permissions, and passwords).
• Apply patches and updates to ensure system and endpoint security.

4. System Administration

• Assist with backups, restore procedures, and documentation of configurations.
• Manage and monitor printers, software licenses, and peripheral devices.
• Maintain asset inventory of IT hardware and software.

5. Collaboration with IT Manager

• Support implementation of IT projects (e.g., new deployments, upgrades).
• Execute tasks based on the new building and all the IT actions for the direction of new infrastructure and machines.
• Escalate complex issues or systemic problems promptly.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT support or infrastructure roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments, PC hardware, and LAN technologies.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, file servers, printers, and basic networking principles (IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with cloud setups is essential.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
